(A) Suppose you work for a Senator who is on the Senate Banking Committee:

The Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Alan Greenspan, is appearing before the Committee tomorrow for his semi-annual "Humphrey-Hawkins testimony", at which he will review the state of the economy, and the prospects for unemployment, inflation, and short and long-term growth.

Your boss, the Senator, wants you to prepare six questions for him to ask that will demonstrate his grasp of the essentials of macroeconomics and of the policy choices faced by Alan Greenspan.

(B) Suppose you work for the Federal Reserve:
